A Thyroid diagnosis can be overwhelming and scary! 




According to Dr. Izabella Wentz - "...Common symptoms of hypothyroidism, or thyroid hormone deficiency, include a slowed metabolism, weight gain, forgetfulness, feeling cold or cold intolerance, depression, fatigue, dry skin, constipation, loss of drive, hair loss, muscle cramps, stiffness, joint pain, a loss of the outer third eyebrow, menstrual irregularities, infertility, and weakness..." 

You may find yourself with many questions and concerns! 
What does it mean? 
Why do I still feel so awful? 
Why am I so tired? 
Will I always feel this terrible? 

You CAN learn to successfully live and thrive with Thyroid issues! There are many things that you CAN do to support your body and help you feel your best. 

This class will focus on learning more about your condition, how to more accurately monitor and manage your own symptoms, how to understand your lab tests, and how to improve your body's response to your medication. 

There are supplements and foods that are supportive of your issues. You CAN learn to handle your stress, burdens, and the things that aggravate your health condition. There may even be underlying issues that factor in and affect your thyroid condition. 

Even if you have taken our Thyroid classes in the past, here we will be introducing NEW information and taking a much DEEPER dive into thyroid symptoms and support.
