Foundation Building Blocks of Health Class
This is a class for EVERYONE! No matter where you are on your
health journey, this class will be helpful for you! We will be introducing new
ideas, new concepts and time tested and proven methods to improve the
foundation building blocks of your body and your health.
This class is geared to those who do not feel well. Those who
are doing the best they can, or doing all that they know to do, but still find
that it really is not working for them – they still do not feel well. Because
there is no “one size fits all” on your health journey, I will be introducing
many ways to achieve improvement depending on your personal situation and ability.
This class will not be about “joining the gym and eating
Keto!” This is teaching things that most everyone can start to put into
practice right away! As you do that, you will find that your vitamin and herb
supplements work more effectively and even your prescriptions begin to help in
a whole new way! And fairly quickly, you realize that you just feel more
energy, you are sleeping better, your pain is lessened, your moods are improved
and life is just lighter, brighter and happier! That’s a win!
What I find for most customers is that when they ignore or
don’t understand how to improve their own foundation issues, it begins to
affect every other area of their life! Things start to slowly ebb downhill for
them, until they find that they have new health issues or something serious is
diagnosed.
If you are struggling or if you have gotten off of the track,
start with this class first! It’s like Health 101! All of our classes will
build on this one!
