| MORNING IMMUNE COCKTAIL! Recipe Ingredients: 2 cups fresh orange juice 2 Lemon Lime Power Pak Envelopes from -Trace Minerals Research 2 tubes Umcka Cold Care - Nature's Way Hot boiling water - 8 oz
Optional: 2 bottles of Orange Recharge from RW Knudsen
Also optional: 1/2 tsp Sweet Leaf Valencia Orange Stevia drops |
Instructions: While juicing fresh oranges, boil water for tea.
In two separate mugs, pour power paks in one mug and umcka cold cares in second mug. Pour a very small amount of boiling water over powders and stir until well dissolved. Then add more water to dilute - usually about 4 oz for each mug.
In a large 2 quart pitcher, pour in orange juice, dissolved mixtures from mugs, and stir well. If using, pour in the 2 bottles of Orange Recharge and stir again. Add ice if desired. Drink up & enjoy!
